Privacy Policy

Corresponding author name, email, phone, affiliation and ORCID (optional); co-author names and emails; a postal delivery address; your manuscript file(s); and payment metadata returned by our payment gateway.

To process and publish your submission, communicate with you about its status, issue certificates, and post the printed issue book to you. We rely on your consent (given at submission) and the performance of our service to you.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card / bank details — only a payment reference and status. Razorpay’s handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Submission details are stored in a managed database; manuscript files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Uploaded manuscript files are automatically deleted after 90 days, and unpaid/abandoned uploads are removed within 24 hours.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment gateway, email delivery, hosting/storage) and as required by law. We never sell your personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period as required under applicable data-protection law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
