Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this before you pay. It explains when a submission fee can and cannot be refunded.

Before production begins
If you wish to cancel a submission before we begin typesetting/production, you may request a refund of the processing fee, less any non-refundable payment-gateway charges. Requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
After production begins
Once typesetting/production has started (your submission reaches the “Typesetting & galley” stage on the tracker), the processing fee is non-refundable, as the editorial and formatting work has been performed.
Shipping & packaging
Shipping and packaging charges are refundable only if requested before the book is dispatched. Once a book has been handed to India Post, shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable.
Duplicate or failed payments
Accidental duplicate payments and amounts debited for failed/incomplete transactions are refunded in full to the original payment method.
No guarantee of publication
Payment activates processing; it does not guarantee acceptance. If we decline a submission before production begins, the processing fee (less gateway charges) is refunded.
How to request a refund
Email info@powerofknowledge.co.in with your tracking ID and the email used to submit. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
